ABC Wednesday - J is for jagged

This week at ABC Wednesday, the letter is J.

I have chosen J for  jagged.

The common definitions are:

1. raggedly notched; sharply irregular on the surface or at the borders.

2. having a harsh, rough, or uneven quality. 

A study in our classroom of lines  always includes the jagged line. It always makes the children (and me) think of lightning.
