Shadow Shot Sunday

Shadows were not too evident this week - lots of cloudy and overcast days. Now we have snow today! A sprinkling so far but the ground is white.

So I am turning to some shadows I have not included in the past year.

The stone wall by the Grand River in downtown Cambridge.

Shots from the Simcoe Fair:

Another photo from the "Knit the Bridge" project, again in downtown Cambridge

Be sure to check out this wonderful meme of Tracy's, at Hey Harriet!. Shadows make such interesting subjects!

Great shadow shots as always, Bev! I really like the quilt bridge! We've certainly had a shortage of sunlight here in Seattle as well! Glad I keep some shadow shots tucked away for the rainy day! Have a wonderful weekend!

Cambridge has a beautiful air about it as we enter along the bridge. That is quite a winsome looking goat!

Nice selection of shots, i particularly like the geometry in the shot of the iron railings

I agree, the geometry of the railings makes super shadows, although I'll always be partial to Knit-the-Bridge pictures.

These are a great little collection .. especially the bridge !
Keep warm .. we had a skiff of snow and it disappeared QUICKLY ..more to come no doubt!

Love them all Bev, but the "knit the bridge" would have to be my favourite.
