Shadow Shot Sunday

Shadows are being tracked down all over the globe today - to bring you shadows in all forms and places.
We have had a real cold snap this week. In fact, at my school yesterday, both recesses were indoor as the wind chill was -20 (Celsius!).
This morning was still cold but the sun was shining. I did not want to go far (!) so found more shadows around my porch. (A very handy place for days like today - a day to stay inside)

Be sure to check out the other great shadow chasers at Hey Harriet!

Staying close to home is not only wise, but it adds to the challenge of finding new shadow sources. Nice captures!

Very cool shots - and how nice that you didn't have to go too far! :)

Nobody should have to get too cold while chasing shadows. So you captured shadowy artistry around the house. The light changing mood of shadows works on any subject at any time. Yours are very nice!

Great shadows--staying close to the back door in those temps is a good thing.
Happy SSS to you.

There's no place like home. Shadows right there at your fingertips! Nice shadow shots.

I like your porch shadows. I wouldn't be venturing far outside in such cold conditions either. Stay warm! As warm as you can anyway :)

Great wintery shadows--I like the handle in the first shot and all the textures there too.
