ABC Wednesday - D

This week at ABC Wednesday, D is the letter of the week.

D is for Diamond - usually considered a girl's best friend.

But it is also shows what pressure can do - it can be destructive but pressure also created diamonds.
The tag I created show how precious metals/gems are created - just as we are often refined by the pressures and stresses of life.

ABC Wednesday - C is for Crayon

This week at ABC Wednesday, the letter of  focus is C.

C is for crayon.

Crayons are a necessary art tool for young artists and still enjoyable for adults.

Yet, the nature of the variety of crayons and colours lends itself to life and the quote I used reflects this.

The following quotes reflect this as well:

ART on Friday

It's been a couple of weeks since I shared - July has been a busy month. It was nice to get away last week but now am back home and back to routines.

I still miss our Fluffy who was 21 when she died - 6 years ago now. Here's one of my favourite shots of her, that graced our local paper!

ABC Wednesday - and WOYWW

I have collected angels for years - both angel ornaments (which now overflow on a tree) and statues. Here are just a few from my collection:
