This morning I awoke to a winter wonderland. The snow was sparkling from the sun - quite a difference from the relentless snowfall yesterday. Here we received well over a foot and a half of snow. I shoveled our long sidewalk twice - well over 6 inches each time. School was cancelled, as were many things across SE Ontario . Quite the storm.
Yet it is beautiful this morning. We will be going out soon to shovel out the end of our driveway. At least the road was plowed late last night.
Here are a few shadows in the snow.

Beautiful, snowy captures, Bev!! I do love the snow! We just have GRAY, but the temps are mild and that's okay, too! Hope you have a lovely weekend!
We are laboring under around 30 inches on our ramp, driveway and vehicles. we think of the work needed to clear it all - yet as you show, fresh snow, sunshine and shadow show us the beautiful side of nature. Your homestead is a true winter wonderland - you have earned your relaxation after all that shoveling!
It looks like here in Finland :)
I love your shadows but I am glad we moved south!
