Shadow Shot Sunday

The hunt for shadows is always fun. You are always looking and you never know where they will be found.
This summer I have found them everywhere! Will have lots to share over the months to come!

Visiting Montreal last week, I found several around my father-in-law's pool.

Be sure to visit the other great shadow-chasers at Hey Harriet! , a fun meme hosted by Tracy.

A pool of water can be cool looking on a hot day but can be boring in shape. Therefore, the decor that we place around a pool offers the details of style the water alone can offer. Be it natural (the plant) or man-made (the hose), the shadows are lovely details too...

Beautiful, delicate shadows cast by the plants and lovely fine shadows cast by the deck furniture!

A nice set of pool shadows! I hope you had a bit of a splash to escape the heat! Speaking of heat I guess it's starting to cool down now on your side of the pond. Just as it starts to warm up here :)

Have a great week Bev!

Beautiful set of shadows, they are very strong. My favourite is the chairs.

Perfect summer shadows, we'll be loving them when the snows are blowing and everything around us is dead...ewwwww...winter!

What great summery shadows Beverly! Looks like it was a calm, sunny day for a visit. We'd love to visit Montreal sometime...you'll have to tell us where we should visit :)
