The theme at Sunday Postcard Art this week is "Evolution". I thought a quote by Charles Darwin would be appropriate.

The theme at Take a Word Challenge is "Fence". I created a very simple background to highlight the quotes.

I have been very slack about drawing faces this week. Here is my favourite:

Harvest Full Moon Dreamboard
Iused to create a full moon dreamboard every month a few years ago. I found it a valuable exercise to focus on dreams and wishes for the month ahead. Jamie Ridler hosts classes in creating dramboards.
The question to focus on while creating the dreamboard was " What dreams do you wish to bring to fruition? Here was my response.

ART on Friday

Hard to believe that it has been almost four months since I posted anything, let alone Art on Friday. I took an extended break - from blogging here and even from art. Life overtook everything - and i am now ready to return some former routines - including blogging,creating and taking part in art challenges. I really have missed that, although I have visited blogs as often as I could.
I know I need to create and I've missed that.
My art room is in a state of upheaval right now - but my goal is to get it organized by the end of September.
