This morning has turned out to be lovely - cool but sunny, after the cloudy rainy last few days. A perfect day for shadows! I did not have to go farther than my back walk and porch.
I couldn't resist the peeling paint with the shadows!
I had to include a photo of little Fluffy and the morning dove nesting on the ladder on our porch wall. I haven't been able to catch her off the eggs yet to see what they are like. But I am able to walk right up to her and take pictures.

Shadows under the sun are wonderful! Even peeling paint shadows look fine, under the plants are even better looking. Even an old cat still has her hunting skills, happily the birds are just out of reach...all hail the sun!
The way you positioned your shots, it looks as if Fluffy is keeping an eye on that dove, too!!

I like your shadows. Leaf shots are my favorite, great job!
Love the first shot of the peeling red chair the most.
We have a pair of morning doves who love to mosey around our front yard...love to watch them and listen to them.
