Delightful, colorful shadow shots for the day, Bev! Wish I could send you some of our cool air! Hard to believe, but here in Seattle it has been one of the coolest summers so far on record!???? Who knows??? Hope you have a great weekend! Stay cool!

love your pink watering can!! great shadow shots of your garden.
Very pretty! I love the pink watering can and it's shadows too. Glad the babies are doing well, and I sure hope that you guys get a break in the weather soon.
Happy SSS,
Kathy M.
Just like babies of any species, they are hungry and squawk until there hunger is satisfied!
Simple yard shadows are delicate or bold based on our perspective. And they are everywhere, make sure we have our cameras for the shortest stroll, no telling what we may find!
this is a fun series of shots. I especially like the baby robins. I'm surprised that they are still hatching, it seems late in the summer for that. it's going to be fun watching them. happy SSS.
This must be your second hatching of robins this year. What fun for you.
Your garden shadows are wonderful. Your pretty pink watering can reminds me my pretty burgundy watering can is covered in dirt. I wonder how that happens in a garden.

Nice shots.
Regards!
Love 'em all...but the one that really caught my eye was the pink watering can. Super composition.
STILT WALKER?
Have a happy Sunday.
Great pink watering can.

The baby's are very cute!
Love the watering can. :)
How wonderful to have this active little nest nearby! This must be their second batch this year. Thanks for sharing.
Oh, those babies are delightful! (They're probably noisy when they're hungry too!)
I’M YOUR SHADOW
Hello, there, I’m your shadow,
I tag after you;
Whatever you are doing,
That is what I do.
If you should fling a football
Forty yards or more,
I’ll be right beside you,
Evening the score.
If you should flick a booger
From your stuffy nose,
I will surely do the same—
Watch how far it goes!
So, friend, be very careful
What you say and do—
Whatever you are doing,
I’ll do just as you!

Shadow on Stone
I love the little birdie shot! Open wide children!! Happy SSS.
The shadows on the beige wall were my favorite - such an essential image. And, of course, those little chicks, birdlets... whatever they are called, so sweet!
We once had birds nesting inside our apartment in Puerto Rico. They all learned to fly and went on their merry way!
Nice work, Bev. You have a good eye. Thanks again for stopping by, Amy
