Wishcast Wednesday

Today is Wishcast Wednesday and once again Jamie Ridler (of Jamie Ridler Studios) asks a very penetrating question - one I was not expecting.

What story do you wish to live or let go of?

Each one of us has stories that we hold as true. Yet sometimes these stories drag us down because they are not the stories we should be telling. When we hold on to half-truths, pain, anger, grief, or guilt, the resulting stories do not lift us up.

The story I have been holding onto has been one of guilt, anger, pain and grief - all bundled up ready to burst out when I least expect it.
I wish to let go of that destructive story that haunts me and live a story that seeks renewal, love and forgivemess.

The other story I seek to live, is the one where I am healthy, positive and creative.
As Jamie says:
"You can be a maker of magic and a tender of wishes. Support wishes by visiting other participants. There is great power in wishing together."

As Beverly wishes for herself I wish for her also. I can really relate to this one, why is it so hard to get past those ugly feelings when we don't want them anymore?

The story I wish to let go of is one of self-doubt, and I feel it is really happening!

I'm letting all of our "Reduce Clutter; Create Space" explorers know that I have a new Free Spirit Knits fan page on Facebook. Feel free to join and post anything about your journey on that page!

As Beverley wishes for herself, so do I wish for her also! Oh how we all have a little of this somewhere in our lives, hidden or not. We could also use the opportunity to let it go. Blessings to you!
