Again it is time to share our shadows for Shadow Shot Sunday. What a great challenge - to look for those shadows that lurk in so many interesting places.
Here are shadows I found last weekend - when there was sun and not much snow.
Be sure to check out the other shadow chasers at Hey Harriet! Try your hand at finding and photographing shadows. Then take part!

The cat is independent. yet she would not be left behind due to any chain. Happily the chain covering her is only a shadow! I like the wrought iron railing, its shape ornate especially in the shadow that is chasing the subject. The mundane isn't really mundane when it sits in the sun and leaves wonderful shadow!
G´day Bev? Looks you have a wonderful sunshine overthere. Is that your cutie pet? Seems she's enjoying the sunshine too?
Such great strong shadows there. You found the perfect ones.
Happy SS and VD ahead.
Great shadow shots, Beverly! Love the kitty! Hope you're getting some sun for the weekend! Happy Valentine's Day!

There's that sweet kitty again! The wrought iron shot is very artistic/interesting. This exercise must really make you look at the world in a new way.
That last picture is our favorite...the little details always catch our eyes!
Have a lovely Valentine's Day!
It has been a challenge to find shadows lately but you found some good ones. I especially like the photo with the grate.
A nice set of photos. I especially like the last one. Oh and the dear kitty is very cute! Have a lovely week!
Lovely mix of shadows round the little one in the first photo! And an intriguing mix of shadowy shapes in the last photo!
And how quickly a day of sunshine and shadows can change into a brilliant mass of white fluffy stuff...is it Spring yet!!!?
Thanks everyone for stopping by! It has been a busy last few days!
Hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day!
I enjoyed your post about the love of reading. If only we could be paid to read all day! Nice shadow shots too :-) I especially like the pretty cat.
