Jamie Ridler has started a new Next Chapter blogging group - on "The Happy Book" by Rachel Kempster and Meg Leder. It sounds like it will be a fun journey. I know "Wreck this Journal"was a fabulous time!
This past week Jamie chose to have us take a mascot with us through the week and take photos. Well, I spent most of the week setting up my classroom and catching up on news with other teachers! I actually took one photo and then promptly left the poor Tigger in the trunk! I am sure he is out there now trying to get out!
This Tigger I use at school to show the difference between 2 kinds of attitudes - Tigger's and Eyeore's. It makes the point to the kids in a fun way.
I can't wait to see what Jamie has in store for us this week!
Be sure to check out the new Next Chapter here.

As a retired teacher, I know how busy you must be right now. How creative to use Eyeore and Tigger as teaching tools. Have a good beginning of school!
I love the Tigger & Eyeore idea!
What a fun and colourful picture. I'm imagining Tigger in your Trunk causing Trouble :)
The wonderful thing about Tiggers is Tiggers are wonderful things. You must have been very busy last week preparing for your students. Happy school year to you.
I really like your use of Tigger and Eeyore in the classroom. :) I hope you have a good start to the school year.
