Shadow chasing time once again! Once you are bitten by the bug, you pursue where ever you are! Last week ,in the small town of Tweed, where we vacationed, shadows abounded. I will probably be sharing them for a few weeks!
Throughout the town, most of the fire hydrants are painted. This one was near our motel.
I couldn't resist these shadows by our motel!
Across from the motel was a lovely park by the lake.
Be sure to visit other great shadow chasers at Hey Harriet, a wonderful meme started by Tracy!

What lovely shadows today -- as always!! Love that colorful fire hydrant! The tree and plant shadows all look so lacy and lovely and summery! Hope you have a wonderful weekend, Bev!

Beautiful shadows. Love the third one, so clear and sharp.
Very cool Shadow Shots Bev! I like the name of that town too. Tweed sounds so...pressed and proper!
Tweed is a fun name for a fun vacation spot! The hydrants are lively as painted, let's hop there's no need to ever use them. Flower boxes leave shadows as beautiful as the plants themselves...
Great Shadow pictures!
Have a nice weekend!

The best part about posting the shadows of your vacation is that you'll keep remembering the good times over and over again! :)
I love the composition of the last shot and the contrast between the man made and natural shadows.
We are definitely smitten, but just think of the great peeps we've met along the way!
A very pretty collection of shadows! And what an amazingly colourful fire hydrant! Someone's rather creative!
What a lovely collection of shadows, and the hydrant is very cool looking.
A fantastic collection of shadows this week and I'm totally crazy for the painted fire hydrant! That's such a great idea! I hope somebody starts that trend over here. Hope you have a lovely week ahead Bev :)
