Shadow Shot Sunday

Another photo challenge is the "Shadow Shot Sunday" hosted by Harriet of "Hey Harriet". I had been observing several blogs from the sidelines and then decided this week to try the challenge!

We were visiting Stratford (Southwestern Ontario) yesterday and we had a great day walking along the Avon River observing the swans and ducks.
I realized that I had several shots with shadows!

Here there is both shadow and reflection! Such beautiful birds!

Wonderful shots, I'm especially partial to the Canada goose, I used to raise them. I miss the life cycle of the egg to hatchling, what a hoot the young'uns are to watch learning to fly.

The geese and swans are beautiful--and Stratford is such a great place (I've been there!). So glad you joined SSS. Isn't it fun to capture shadows? Keep posting! Happy new week from Jane in Missouri

Groups are still counting Canada Geese - they are forever breeding and are still on the endangered list, I believe. As Magical Mystical Teacher says, watch where you waddle! Great shadow shots.

Swan dance! your shot is beautiful. It remind me the "Swan dance". It's a children's film spec for the girls.

Hope your enjoying your moment taking more photos.

Cheers, Maam!
