Sky Watch Friday and other Photo Challenges
Photographing skies, flowers, shadows and water is addictive. I have missed joining in a number of photo challenges the past couple of months.
Here are a few skies from the past week or so. So much drama in the sky! Love those big white clouds especially.
Be sure to check here for wonderful skies from around the world.
Other Photo Challenges
At "Little Things Thursday", the challenges is to share those small things that mean so much.
I missed having robins build a nest on our porch this year, but cardinal built one near by and yesterday, I saw these two birds on our walkway.
The theme at "Thursday Challenge is "organized"
These nautical knots are very well organized!

Sky Watch Friday
Although I am always taking photos of the sky, I have not taken part in Skywatch Friday for some time. Time to get back to posting skies for this fun meme!
Tonight the skies went from grey to white clouds and blue within a few hours. We almost got caught in the downpour while at the store. We waited it out and bought more!
These are the skies when we arrived home:

Sky Watch Friday

The heat dome sitting over the US midwest has sent record-breaking temperatures throughout Canada as well today. This week has been progressively hotter and hotter each day. A swim after work has been wonderful - our local outdoor pool has not even been crowded.
But today, the temperature could hit 38 C - with humidex of 45+. Hot for us for sure!
The skies were a bit moody at the beginning of the week, but now there is just that blue with a sprinkling of clouds. Here are a few skies from earlier in the week:
Be sure to stop by here and see gorgeous skies around the world!

Sky Watch Friday

Time once again to share the skies above - in all their glory.
This week was the full moon and I actually got a couple of moon shots.
The first was the almost full moon against a blue sky.
(If you want a fun challenge, associated with the full moon, create a dreamboard along with others through Jamie Ridler Studios every full moon. Check out mine here. It really makes you focus on your dreams for the coming month!)
