This past week I finally took time for creating some art. I have missed it - but writing has taken more of my time the past few months. I will hopefully will take more time for art each week.
I have signed up for "MADE", which starts Sept. 1. The challenges at Collage Obsession start again in September as well.
I also want to work on my drawing skills and hope to do a daily practice in September.
Mixed Media
I had fun creating 3 mixed media pieces in response to Jane Davies challenge (see here for my post on it)
I used modeling paste in each of these, through a stencil. Love the effect of this on the pieces.

I completed 2 sets of cards last week for swaps:

Art Therapy (inspirational quotes)
Photography
And, of course, there are still flowers from our gardens to capture!
