We have finally gotten some snow - not the huge storm that was forecast for yesterday but about 5 cm overnight. It is starting to melt already though, as the sun has been so bright. But good light for shadows.
Be sure to check out the wonderful shadows for all over the world here.
Great shadow shots for the day, Bev, as always! I do love the snowy ones, but only in photos!! I am glad our snow stopped a few minutes ago!! I'm ready for spring! Have a wonderful weekend!
Snow is a fine canvas for shadowy art. The thin grasses leave slight shadows, the snow covered planters with the fence more so. The shrubbery may be snow covered now, but the strong sun hints of spring to soon arrrive...
Enjoy your snow. I am happy we hardly ever get it in Texas. In fact, this year we really have not had any cold weather. The flowers and plants do not know what to do.
Wonderful shadows. Snow makes a wonderful canvas for shadows. I especially like the first shot with the little weed/grass, it's shadow is so delicate but clear. Nice Job!
Hello Beverly ! You had the same result as we did from the "big" storm .. not so big .. but maybe that is a good thing ? LOL .. this winter has been eerie with so little snow .. I think our gardens will suffer for it this year as well. great shadows for the GWN !! LOL Joy
