Shadow Shot Sunday

Time for sharing shadows, a most enjoyable pursuit. With the beginning of fall and cooler temperatures, my garden is ending its cycle. Here are a few shots from the garden this week.

We were at a wedding last Saturday and I happened to notice this lone shoe and couldn't resist the picture (shadow and reflection ):

Be sure to visit Shadow Shot Sunday, that special place for shadow chasers, created by Tracy.

Love your shadow shots for the day, Bev! And the lone, slightly blurry shoe tickles my curiosity! Love it! Beautiful red berries! Hope your weekend is going well! Enjoy!

The shadows get longer as the days get shorter. And the flora will disappear soon enough. So, we capture what we can early in the autumn, and remember them on snowy days...

Did Cinderella marry that prince? Just like at the ball, she lost a shoe. Did she do so again??

I like the wilted morning glory. It reminds me (unfortunately) of the brevity of life.

FOR LOVE OF SHADOW

Tell your shadow that you love her,
Spurn your shadow, if you dare.
Keep your shadow out of darkness,
Keep her in the sun’s harsh glare!

the end of the garden...for another season!! so glad you captured the shadows. if the gal is only wearing one shoe...i am guessing she is lop-sided.

Great shadow shots. And that shoe cracks me up! I want to know it's story... how did it come to be there? Where is the other one? Did it end up in a Cinderella like situation? I'm so glad you shared that photo.
