Shadow Shot Sunday

Last week I took my camera and walked around our neighbourhood on the lookout for changes in trees - for an ATC challenge. I ended up finding some great shadows!

At the little park near us, I found a number of great shadows:

Be sure to check out the other great shadows at Hey Harriet!

The spring looks unsprung in the shadow. The The trees make the shadows beneath the mesh step are complex with a hint of depth. The lawn looks so inviting to visit because of the shadows. A wonderful time at the park was had by all!

Isn't it amazing the lengths we go to for that perfect shadow shot? My husband now is in the habit of pointing out great shadow opportunities. I have trained him well!
