It is Day 5 of the 31 Days of Writing Challenge. Hundreds are taking part in this daily challenge.
Today's quote has been one that I have referred to many times, but was unsure where it came from. One thing I am seeking out about the inspiring words I have chosen is to learn more about who said the quote and if possible why and where.
John Lewis said:
If not you, then who?
If not now, When?
John Lewis is a U.S. Representative and a civil rights activist. He is currently working on creating graphic novels for the fight for civil rights.

As I read this quote, the words resonate for a new generation. We must act to secure the rights of all; help our neighbours and others around the world; ensure that democracy prevails; elect governments that are for the people not the elite.
