Shadow Shot Sunday

After shoveling for 30 minutes on Thursday, the shadows on the snow were so lovely I had to get my camera. We have such high mounds now I have no idea where it will go when we get more this weekend. What a winter it has been for so many of us in N.A.!

Huge evergreen in our front yard, weighed down with snow.

Huge mounds surrounding our sidewalks.

I had to dig out the fire hydrant in the corner of our yard!

Be sure to check here for wonderful shadows from around the world.

That's way to much snow! Happily you had your camera and sorely needed (no pun :) a break to study and capture lovely snowbound shadows...

Hello Beverley girl!
We have such a huge pile at the end of our driveway too!
I do wonder about the trees that are weighed down like yours too .. poor things. We have more than enough ground water for Spring is what I keep saying for positive thoughts? LOL

Beautiful snow pics!

Our snow looks about the same as far as the piles of it. I get so tired of seeing the forecasts and just seeing more snow in our future. It wouldn't be so bad with the snow, then they subzero temps keep coming back too!

Beautiful shadows…snow is such a great canvas for them.
