Shadows were in great evidence yesterday. The sun came out and threw shadows around the yard. I was able to get a few. Here are a couple:

This is a lovely view, the winter sun weak but enough to capture nice shadows. It appears as if an animal let some prints as it passed by - and hopefully in their warm home soon after...
Seeing the sun and the resulting shadows warms my heart as the province of Alberta is experiencing winter snowstorms. Edmonton has a snowfall warning. Indeed! My husband has shovelled three times already and one can hardly tell!

These are so peaceful looking. Lovely! I'm curious about the footprints too! My guess is a big snow bunny! A big snow bunny wearing a beret. Because I like to think of big snow bunnies wearing berets :)
