ABC Wednesday -I

This week at ABC Wednesday, I gets centre stage.


I is for islands - especially Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland - two of Canada's provinces. (although technically, Newfoundland includes Labrador)

I have visited Prince Edward Island  - over twenty years ago-  and still remember the beauty of this island. We swam in the ocean, walked the long beaches, visited the home of Anne of Green Gables and traveled around the east coast.
I have never been to Newfoundland - but it is on my bucket list. Viking sites, whale and iceberg watching, gorgeous scenery all await.
