I have been away for a couple of weeks but am back on track. I was away for a week at a writers' retreat in Georgia. I had a fantastic time and learned a lot. Even captured a few shadows (of course!)

A writer's retreat sounds heavenly. Love the flower and shadow. very pretty. And lovely view of running water from the shadowy rest area.
Shadows from faraway places seem somehow more enchanting than those close to home, don't you think?
