EXPLORATIONS IN ART, EDUCATION AND LIFE
Certainly no fun to be without power when it is SO cold, but you surely did get some great shadow shots for the day, Bev!! Ah, we camera lovers do know how to take advantage of the good and the bad weather!!! Hope you have a good weekend! Stay warm!
Great photos - and great blog! Just became your newest follower:) It would be great if you´d visit me over at Messy Art Journaling...
so cool that you spotted these shots...if you weren't a shadow chaser you probably wouldn't have given it another thought!! glad your power wasn't out too long!!
Hi Bev,World's weather is crazy. We still have freezing nights and rainy or windy days. Spring is late for a month as forecasted and it wasn't happened since 30 years? OMG! My allergy is killing me.Lucky, we were for a 2 weeks adventure in a better weather but the best. +22 degrees compare to our -7degs.Funny that we always find an unexpectable shadows right? You are one of a true blooded chaser, Maam?Happy w/end.Hugs from D´Box,/CC girl
The last one of the chandelier makes me think of telling a ghost story!!!Excellent images.Hootin' Anni's Tin Man Shadow
We do not enjoy the power being out - as if we must live like pioneers may have as they trekked when they moved west in covered wagons...however, there were no hand-held photographic deices either. Nice captures obtained in a blackout!
Really cool shadows this week. They are all fine. I especially like your first one. Thank goodness spring is finally here, genie
such creative use of the blackout ~ Gorgeous photo ~ ^_^
Love the icicle sot, there's a sense of urgency in it!My Shadow ShotsYour comment is always appreciated, have a blessed Sunday!
Oh poor you, coming from South Africa I know that "power out" story well. However, you got to shoot some stunning shadows, and we hope you are back to snug and warm. xoxo
