There is something about shadows. Most times a photographer tries to avoid shadows. But for Shadow Shot Sunday, shadows are what photographers seek.
I turned to myself for creating shadows - quite a different "portrait".
I tried to get a photo of a dragonfly - got more shadows than bug!

These challenges you are doing must really be making you aware of your surroundings looking for the things you want to shoot. A great way to be in the moment. I like your dragonfly shot expecially.

My Shadow Shot
Fighting my dog to get out of the front seat of my truck to take a picture of a butterfly poised on a stump, camera in hand I crept to the stump ,aimed and took the shot...but the timid creature was no where to be found in the shot...am I that slow...? I love digital...delete!
