Friday, I played peek-a-boo with sun, a s each time I went to take some shadows the sun would disappear behind some clouds. But I persevered and got a few shadows before and after school.
I finally saw a robin - a sure sign of spring!
This is a sight I see most sunny mornings - our neighbour's tree's shadow.
As I was driving by with my hubby, I almost didn't get this one.
Be sure to visit
here for some wonderful shadows around the world..
love that strong tree shadow..
ReplyDeleteOh, yes! I agree with Catherine, I love the tree shadow!! Perfect shadow shot for the day!! Hope you have a wonderful weekend, Bev! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteThe robin looks as if he/she is ready to find a mate and build a nest. As Spring is here, any leftover snow and such will not deter them from this season's rites of passage...
ReplyDeleteThe stone home has lovely shadows on its exterior, while the stone arch casts a very long shadow of itself.
The seasonal sunny warmth is just about here!
The lacey (natural) shadows are wonderful.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great day & w/end.

That tree is fabulous! Now you can draw it & add it to your lovely collages ;)
ReplyDeleteLove the tree shadow on the house!
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed day!

It's always a pleasure to see your shadow shots, Beverley. Like others, love your neighbor's house shadow, but the others are good, too! Have a wonderful Sunday!
ReplyDeleteLovely shadow shots and so glad you saw a robin ~ ^_^
ReplyDeleteLove the robin and the shots are great too.
ReplyDeleteA gray Spring is so frustrating...so much pretty with crappy light is torture.
ReplyDeleteNice shots.
Cheers,
Leah
The robin is enjoying the shade.
