It is that time of the week to share your shadows for Shadow Shot Sunday.
You know you are addicted when you are on holiday in a place where there is beauty all around you and you are noticing great shadows!! lol
Our trip to Mexico last week was wonderful - got some great shots of the ocean and lots of shadows! So for the next couple of weeks I plan to share some of those shadow photos.
(Yes - a shadow of a photographer!)
The plants were so lush - I took lots of the trees and flowers - here are just a couple of their shadows.
Be sure to check out the other great shadow chasers here.
The sand is a nice canvas for shadow artistry. I spy a photo artist...The plant leave nice spiny shadows, we know where the shadows come from, and they are lovely. The bird could care less, however he makes tracks in your view, a fine photo enhancement...
ReplyDeleteGreat shadows in your photos! :)
ReplyDeletesuper shadows - and I know just what you mean about getting sidetracked by shadows!!

Wish I could be there with the lil' critter walking the beaches.
ReplyDeleteI love shadows on sand, I love the character of the bird, it seems so purposeful!
ReplyDeleteGreat shadow shots, but most I like the photo with this interesting bird. I can see that it is in a hurry and still your photo is so clear, nice work.

Mexico has some of the terrific spiney/spikey plants that we have here in Phoenix. They made fine Shadow Shots. I think that bird wouldn't stop to lend you his shadow because he didn't speak English! Silly Shadow Shot Sally!!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like that little guy is on a hurry to get out from there lol! Happy weekend!

What fun! Too bad about the bird's shadow. At least the stone didn't run away. :)
ReplyDeleteLove how the feathered one, beak well forward, seems to be on a mission! Great collection of shadows!
