Shadow Shot Sunday

It may be officially spring, but that is in name only! I awoke  this morning to a fresh covering of snow and below freezing temperatures. Luckily, I was out yesterday capturing some shadows - it was warmer and sunny.

Be sure to check here for wonderful shadows from around the world.

The dry expired leaf gives us hope - it is dancing in the sunlight as if winter has not yet occurred. The leaf is not bound by winter and is dancing in anticipation of the Spring. We have to believe this, as a potential snowmaker nor'easter is possible on Wednesday. Gotta keep thinking of Spring even if the weather keeps winter going another week...

Hi Bev,

At last, I see the ground, with no snow and with sunshine.

Absolutely amazing.
