Shadow Shot Sunday

It,s that special time of the week to share shadows. So many times these shadows are more interesting than the original object.
Here are a few from my garden:

I had to include a shot of our old girl Fluffy. She is now 19! The arm in the photo is from our concrete jockey.

And would you believe, we have a new nest on the ladder on our porch and 2 new eggs! ! have never seen that before - a second nest of eggs especially so late!

Be sure to check out the great shadow-chasers at "Hey Harriet" - that superf un meme created by Tracy.

It almost appears that a chain was holding down Fluffy. Happily, it was merely – the illusory shadow of a chain! Garden shadows are wonderful, the warm July sun adding a tapestry of flora to the ground. The newest bird family is where you can view it – the circle of life sits in the open, and it is a happy look indeed!

Terrific shadow shots for the day, Bev! Love the one of Fluffy and the birds, too! Hope your weekend is off to a great start! Enjoy!

I love the subtle shadows in the throat of the lily!

SHADOW DANCE

Shadows left and shadows right;
Shadows dancing through the night;
Shadows crouching on the wall;
Shadows spring and shadows fall
On the unsuspecting guest,
Who thought shadows offered rest!

Nice shots, especially I like the fourth (with cat and I guess it's your shadow).

Nice!
I am afraid our cat, Gaby, would be after those eggs in a second.

I love the shadow of Fluffy's tail. My favourite in a lovely series of shots.
