Wishcasting Wednesday

On a day when I should be at work, the blizzard- like conditions in much of southern Ontario and the northern States have pretty much closed down many businesses and schools. Thankfully!

I have not participated much in Wishcasting Wednesday, but this morning, with the luxury of extra time, I thought I would visit at Jamie Ridler's wishcasting. The question she posed really struck me:

What burden do you wish to put down?

Lately the double burden of too much stuff and too much weight has really begun to weigh me down. I have started to do something - Biggest Loser at work which offers support and a chance to win $500, and also getting ride of some stuff. But the process is slow. The studio I had hoped to have by now, is still a storage room. My blood pressure that I hoped to have a bit more under control still fluctuates.

So, I wish to put more effort into getting out from under the burden of clutter and weight. I must add exercise and be more aggressive in attacking "stuff"!

Be sure to visit the wonderful wishcasters at Jamie Ridler's Studio. As Jamie says:

"You can be a maker of magic and a tender of wishes. It’s easy. Answer the wish prompt above on your blog. Support wishes by visiting other participants, It’s that simple. There is great power in wishing together."

So many changes you demand in yourself ,I have been there, may I suggest you start with the exercise, you will be amazed how that develops into an ability to deal with the other 'stuff'.

As you wish for yourself, so do I wish for you as well.

Be strong! You can do that! Those changes are hard to do and need time.
As you wish for yourself, so do I wish for you as well.

Oh Bev!!! I didn't even think of all the extra weight I'm carrying around. Me too, me too!!!

As you wish for yourself I so lovingly wish this for you also (and for me) xxxxx.

These are such heartfelt and meaning-filled wishes. I'm a Feng Shui fan...and so the ties between too much 'stuff' and too much weight is one I'm familiar with. It's always a toss up for me: If I change my physical world, will it impact my internal world? Or if I change my internal world, will my external world change.

I've come to the conclusion - it's some of both! LOL

Make sure to love yourself in the process...you are worthy.

I can relate, on both counts! As Bev wishes for herself, so do I wish for her.
